Brewing batch #2 here in PA, American Wheat. Just sampled and crashed my first batch, a Kölsch with Mandarina Bavaria hops, tasted great. Still using the No-Chill method. Probably get numbers on first couple of batches and then get lazy as I trust my process and really have no desire to brew for competition, just brewing what I like to drink at home. Homebrewing can be as complicated as you want to make it or just as simple.
